To ensure that every gig, platform and home-based worker in Pakistan enjoys legal recognition, social protection, fair wages, safe working conditions, and access to justice.
Pakistan's economy has changed faster than its labour laws. A woman cooking for a food-delivery app, a rider circling a city all night, and a freelancer serving foreign clients from a bedroom — all of them work in an economy that barely recognises they exist.
Our mission is to close that gap. Not by pretending platform work is the same as a factory job, but by building the specific protections that platform, gig and home-based workers actually need — and by making sure workers themselves are the ones defining what those protections look like.
